Hi, I’m Haley, a 26-year-old movement enthusiast, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and passionate fitness instructor.
My love for fitness started early and has been a constant in my life. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of getting stronger, moving with confidence, and pushing your body to new limits.
For the past few years, I’ve worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a skilled nursing facility, where I’ve had the privilege of helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Whether we’re working on balance, endurance, or simply getting them back to doing the things they love, I’ve seen firsthand how movement transforms lives. Those experiences deepened my belief that exercise should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone.
That’s why I’m so excited to lead this strength and Pilates class. With its focus on controlled, mindful movement, strength, flexibility, and breathwork, Pilates perfectly complements the therapeutic work I do every day. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where you can build real strength, improve posture and alignment, and—most importantly—fall in love with moving your body.
When I’m not shopping, hanging out with friends and family, or working out at the gym, you’ll probably find me with my constant sidekick, Ellie Bean—my two-year-old French Bulldog. She goes almost everywhere with me! At work, she’s the unofficial facility mascot, happily playing ball with patients and chasing sticks during our outdoor sessions. Her joyful energy is a daily reminder of how movement should feel: fun and full of life!
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you with patience, encouragement, and a genuine love for what movement can do for both body and mind!
